Really inspirational, she interviewed people on the National Weight Control Registry, these people have lost at least 30 pounds and kept it off for 3 or more years.

You should also definitely read “Mindless Eating” by Wansink and “Intuitive Eating”. These two books were recommended to me by a dietician and they gave a very fresh perspective on losing weight and how we eat. The Mindless Eating book kind of blew my mind with all it’s studies and patterns. =)
