Mini Goals and Milestones
So I have blogged about goals and breaking larger ones into small ones before but I decided a list of those goals would help me look at the big picture. So far I have completed this journey 5 pounds at a time. Yes, I look at the big picture too, but day to day I think about the small goals that will get me there. I shamelessly stole the idea of a list on my blog from Kepa over at The Fat Lazy Guy’s Log.
Seeing it as a list like this makes me realise how far I have come, so much is scratched off!
