July 1st Food and Exercise Journal

Half the year gone, how does that happen so fast?  Not that it feels like July here in Western Washington, more like the middle of January…

I woke up with a splitting headache and pushed off running for a bit to see if it would go away, no dice.  So I decided to run on the treadmill so I could stop if the headache got worse.  I pushed through 2.5 miles and then just couldn’t take it anymore, but at least I got SOME part of a run in.  I finally took tylenol and it went away.  I have a very strong aversion to over the counter medicine and most allopathic medicine in general so it was hurting THAT bad.

For breakfast I had peanut butter and banana toast and for lunch leftover pilaf and dinner leftover cauliflower mac and cheese with green beans, pretty boring eating day 😛
