Half the year gone, how does that happen so fast? Not that it feels like July here in Western Washington, more like the middle of January…
I woke up with a splitting headache and pushed off running for a bit to see if it would go away, no dice. So I decided to run on the treadmill so I could stop if the headache got worse. I pushed through 2.5 miles and then just couldn’t take it anymore, but at least I got SOME part of a run in. I finally took tylenol and it went away. I have a very strong aversion to over the counter medicine and most allopathic medicine in general so it was hurting THAT bad.
For breakfast I had peanut butter and banana toast and for lunch leftover pilaf and dinner leftover cauliflower mac and cheese with green beans, pretty boring eating day
