The Weekly Round Up 5/29-6/4

I got in 5 workouts this week,  I only ran twice this week and did 2 days of cross training (bike and bowflex).  I didn’t do a long run this week the rain just sucked.  I am running 6 miles tomorrow so that will be my long run for the week just a day late.

Summary I used 32/35 Weekly Points and I earned 31 Activity Points

I lost 0.8 this week, Fridays when Ben is home my choices tend to be saltier so I tend to gain between Friday and Saturday, need to work on it.

Saturday 36.5 of 23 Fajitas Earned 2 activity points.

Sunday 37.5 of 23 Earned 8 activity points. Burgers etc

Monday 25 of 23 points. Earned 4 activity points, ribs

Tuesday 20.5 of 23 points. Earned 8 activity points. Chicken and plum curry

Wednesday 24.5 of 23 points. Earned 0 activity points. Smoky BBQ pork quesadillas

Thursday 22 of 23 points. Earned 4 activity points, quesadillas

Friday 22.5 of 23 points leftovers. 4 activity points, Beef Bourginoun

I am with you on the salt – I never had that on my radar – one day last week when I had pickled jalapenos, my sodium intake for the day was like 3000 mg for the day!

Salt can tip the scale in the wrong direction SO easily. But hey, a continuation in the downward motion is always a victory! Woo! This week’s menu looks awesome!!
