I managed a 3 mile run this morning and my hips didn’t feel any worse at the end, the proof will be after a good night’s sleep. Tomorrow is a rest day so a day to let my hips take it all in. It was a nice day for a run, overcast and cool but dry. The day was leftovers except I decided to make granola bars, they turned out very tasty, not super sweet, a little chewy, just all around good.

It’s good to have rest days. I used to run five days a week and nothing wore my joints out quicker. Sustainability is key. Keep it up
