So remember when I said my hip felt fine, I lied. I tried to go to sleep Friday night and had a miserable time getting comfortable because my hip hurt if I laid on it or on the other side even with a pillow, then it continued to hurt all of Saturday, oh joy. It feels really deep inside, not like when my IT band was sore, so I have no idea what it is I just know it is sore with most steps especially going up and down stairs.
My weigh in was good I lost 1.8 pounds, of course I didn’t weigh in last week so that’s a 2 week loss, but it’s a nice one. I hit being not obese by the WeightWatchers scale, been there a couple of weeks on my own scale, you know weighing naked but nice to hit it “officially”. However it was a totally non healthy eating day, I mean completely. Aside from breakfast and a slip at lunch I indulged in CRAP all day and it was fun 😛 We had burgers and fries for lunch and went to see toy story 3 and at candy and ice cream for dinner. Surprisingly sweetarts are not that bad for points since there is no fat 😛
