I started the day with some nice cross training. Biked 13.5 miles in 40 minutes and did a full body bowflex workout. For breakfast I had my peanut butter and banana on a bagel thin. Then did all the Monday chores, laundry, dishes, etc. I also tried to catch up on some blogs but I am feeling hopelessly behind, sorry everyone. For lunch I had some leftover steak in a pita with salad, yum. For dinner I made a quick favourite Peanut Chicken Soba Salad, pretty easy and yummy. I cheated this time and got pre-grated carrots but I got a carrot and broccoli slaw mix which was good, added some nice flavours. I also had a nice sparkling water with POM cocktail, it went great with the salad, too bad it wasn’t salad weather, grrrr rain!
