Monday holidays always confuse me for the week! It’s June already, how did that happen? Not that it feels like June in Western Washington, more like March 🙁 The sun decided to put in an appearance on Monday of the long weekend for about 24 hours and now we are supposed to have rain for the rest of the week 🙁 In fact we are supposed to get half of our average June rainfall tonight alone. Okay I’m done with the whining.
I did take advantage of the break in the weather to get in a run, it seems like everyone else was out doing the same 😛 My run was mediocre mostly because I was exhausted, the dogs were a nightmare last night, they were bed hogs, they pushed each other out of the way, me out of the way, grrrr. Drake took Luna’s spot (in her opinion) so she sat crying on the side of the bed, I got her up in his spot and she hopped off, this garbage went on most of the night and I got no sleep. So I did manage to run and I did manage 4 miles but they were ugly and I was tired!
For breakfast I had peanut butter and banana on a sandwich thin, for lunch I had some soup and then I needed an afternoon snack since the soup wasn’t super filling 😛 For dinner we had a chicken and plum curry over brown rice.
