75 pounds!

Another huge milestone for me.  I have lost 75 pounds more than 30% of my starting weight and more weight than I have ever lost before, by more than 50% I know, I know, lots of numbers being thrown around but I’m totally excited by these numbers.

June 25th

Ate 35 of 23 points. Earned 0 activity points.

  • Breakfast – Egg, English Muffin, banana
  • Lunch – Yogurt, Granola
  • Dinner – Indian Dinner

That is awesome!!! Congrats!! That is a LOT of hard work. I just LOVE your blog. It makes me want to cook. The pics look straight out of a magazine. How are you still losing weight so consistantly? I am VERY impressed.

What a great achievement! Good for you. I came by when I saw your blog name on a blogroll and since we share “waisting,” just had to check it out. I did WW many years ago. I still use some of the recipes.
