The Weekly Round up 5/8-5/14

I got in 7 workouts this week, (if you count working in the garden on Saturday and a Dog walk on Tuesday) I ran three times this week and did 2 days of cross training (bike and bowflex).  I progressed to an 8 mile run, wow!

Summary I used 24/35 Weekly Points and I earned 42 Activity Points

I lost 2.4 this week, coupled with last week’s 2.6 that’s 5 pounds in 2 weeks!!!! I guess the running is starting to pay off on the scale not just in being healthier.

Saturday 44.5 of 23 Thai dinner out.  Earned 3 activity points.

Sunday 24.5 of 23 Earned 7 activity points. Chicken Marsala and Falafel in Pita

Monday 22.5 of 23 points. Earned 5 activity points, Penne Primavera

Tuesday 22 of 23 points. Earned 1 activity points. Picadillo Pork Burritos

Wednesday 20.5 of 23 points. Earned 7 activity points. Tuna Noodle Casserole

Thursday 23.5 of 23 points. Earned 4 activity points, Chicken Divan over egg noodles

Friday 23.5 of 23 points leftovers. 15 activity points, leftover stuffed peppers
