The Weekly Round up 5/22-5/28

I got in 5 workouts this week,  I ran three times this week and did 2 days of cross training (walking and bowflex).  I didn’t do a long run this week as I was well let’s be honest, lazy, sure I blamed it on the weather but it was lazyness.

Summary I used 32/35 Weekly Points and I earned 31 Activity Points

I gained 0.4 this week, which sucks but I think it was the pho from Thursday

Saturday 41.5 of 23 Pizza for lunch and picked out a new mattress Earned 2 activity points.

Sunday 33 of 23 Earned 11 activity points. 10k race and out for brunch

Monday 21 of 23 points. Earned 3 activity points, Four Cheese Baked Penne

Tuesday 23.5 of 23 points. Earned 7 activity points. Tuscan Roasted Chicken and Vegetables

Wednesday 24 of 23 points. Earned 0 activity points. Lamb Burgers with Goat Cheese and Caramelized Onions

Thursday 22.5 of 23 points. Earned 4 activity points, Beef Pho

Friday 22.5 of 23 points leftovers. 4 activity points, leftover tuscan roasted chicken

Yeah, phone has a ton of sodium, right?

Not a big gain, and big a big deal, I know – but it still sucks, huh?
