The Weekly Round up 5/15-5/21

I got in 5 workouts this week (I was super tired this week),  I ran three times this week and did 2 days of cross training (bike and bowflex).  I didn’t do a long run this week as I plan to run a 10k race tomorrow.

Summary I used 29.5/35 Weekly Points and I earned 42 Activity Points

I lost 0.4 this week, not surprising after 2 weeks of 2.5 pounds…  The really big news is that I did new measurement OMG I lost so many inches in the last 2 months! I also did an updated picture, sorry Ben is not so good with the camera 😛

Saturday 52.5 of 23 Went to Bainbridge and had dinner out, oh my! 😛  Earned 3 activity points.

Sunday 22 of 23 Earned 7 activity points. grilled-pork-tenderloin-with-mustard-rosemary-apple-marinade and mashed potatoes

Monday 22.5 of 23 points. Earned 4 activity points, Chile Relleños Casserole

Tuesday 17.5 of 23 points. Earned 1 activity points. Sloppy Joes

Wednesday 23 of 23 points. Earned 7 activity points. Feta Stuffed Chicken Burgers

Thursday 21 of 23 points. Earned 4 activity points, Leftovers pork tenderloin

Friday 22.5 of 23 points leftovers. 7 activity points, leftover chicken burgers
