The Weekly Round up 5/1-5/7

I got in 7 workouts this week, (if you count a dog walk on Saturday) I ran four times this week and did 2 days of cross training (bike and bowflex).  This week was a rest week so my long run was only 4 miles (OMG only 4 miles? who am I???).  I have to say I’m glad the Mile A Day in April Challenge is over it’s nice not to have to run EVERY day.

Summary I used 30/35 Weekly Points and I earned 35 Activity Points

I lost 2.6 this week, so last week’s gain wasn’t real, which I already knew since I was down the day before, but it’s still nice to see the scale move how it is supposed to!

Saturday 44.5 of 24 Italian dinner out.  Earned 1 activity points.

Sunday 22 of 24 Earned 6 activity points. Sausage with Bulgar and Kale for lunch, dinner was Baked Lemony Garlicky Shrimp

Monday 21 of 24 points. Earned 5 activity points, Spinach, Parmesan and Couscous stuffed peppers

Tuesday 30 of 24 points. Earned 4 activity points. Chicken Divan over whole wheat egg noodles, oh and cold stone… but we shared.

Wednesday 23.5 of 24 points. Earned 7 activity points. baked shrimp

Thursday 24 of 24 points. Earned 5 activity points, Chicken Divan over egg noodles

Friday 24 of 24 points leftovers. 7 activity points, leftover stuffed peppers
