The Weekly Round up 4/24-4/30

I got in 7 workouts this week, I ran four times this week including running a 10k on Sunday and  7 miles on Friday.  I also managed to get at least a mile in every day for my Mile A Day in April Challenge.

Summary I used 25/35 Weekly Points and I earned 43 Activity Points

I gained 0.4 pounds. WTF???  I was down on my home scale on Friday and up at WeightWatchers Saturday.  I did my long run on Friday instead of Sunday, so maybe I was retaining water for muscle repair?  I drank 12 glasses of water on Friday and really didn’t have to pee that much, so who knows, but it is frustrating.

Saturday 25 of 24 grilled dinner.  Earned 2 activity points.

Sunday 46.5 of 24 Earned 11 activity points. Brunch at Lola, dinner Cheeseburger and Fries

Monday 23 of 24 points. Earned 2 activity points, Zucchini Carbonara

Tuesday 23.5 of 24 points. Earned 5 activity points. Grilled Chicken and couscous salad

Wednesday 24.5 of 24 points. Earned 5 activity points. Greek Inspired Cheese burgers

Thursday 23 of 24 points. Earned 4 activity points, Chicken Divan over egg noodles

Friday 25 of 24 points leftovers. 14 activity points, leftover greek cheeseburgers
