My weigh in was so frustrating.  I was down at home yesterday but today I was up 0.4.  I did my long run yesterday, I had a quiche with cheese but really I am not sure why I was up.  It could be retaining water for overworked muscles.  I know I didn’t really gain but it is still frustrating to see it on the scale.  If it is the long run I’m hoping that week to week I’ll show a loss but if I am up again next week I’ll probably switch my long run back to Sundays.

In other news I went to the Redmond Farmers Market and was very disappointed there as well.  There were more “craftspeople” than farmers, WTF seriously.  I go to a Farmers market for produce, maybe meat, eggs milk, not blankets and statues and other garbage.  Some craftspeople are nice they add something else to look at but 75% of the market was this junk, grrrrrr.  And it’s not just seasonal I remember going once before and thinking the same thing, I guess I had just forgotten that it pretty much sucks…

For breakfast I had yogurt, granola and a banana and for lunch I made pita pizzas.  For dinner we tried a new Italian restaurant that is closer than our fave.  It was pretty good and reasonably priced so we will be going back.

  • Dinner (32)–Italian dinner out, we split a salad, cannelloni, chicken saltimbocca wine, and chocolate cake

Wow, that dinner out sounds amazing – totally worth the points! 😀

I wouldn’t worry about the weigh in – just keep looking at the big picture! 😀

I hate those weigh-ins when you’re just stumped and feel slided. It will come off! You are such an inspiration, you’re always in control! 🙂
