The new bed was good but still needs some breaking in. I didn’t feel the dogs wow, what a difference. Only down side is that if I get to close to the edge I feel like I’m going to fall off 😛
After a pretty decent night sleep I woke up hungry so I ate breakfast before I ran rather than a quick bite and breakfast after my run. I ran the Soos Creek Trail a bit later than usual and it was humid, must motivate earlier! My runs are much easier when I get out the door earlier. Then began the hurry up and wait routine. Dell dispatched a repair guy for Ben’s computer, but of course I’m the one who has to sit and wait and wait and wait, he was 10 minutes late for the window and Dell sent yet another crap part that still doesn’t fix the issue, so there will be another one of these <sigh>
For breakfast I had peanut butter and banana on a bagel thin and for lunch I had leftover Chicken and Cauliflower Tikka Masala. For dinner I made Tuscan Roasted Chicken and Vegetables, it smelled amazing and was tasty too. It had chicken that was rubbed with lemon juice, lemon zest, rosemary and olive oil and the veggies were fennel, tomatoes and zucchini. Simple and delicious, what’s not to love?
As for Biggest Loser, I’m a bit disappointed I wish I believed Michael could keep it off, but I think he will be another Erik. I am glad Koli got dissed haha you cocky ass and you get what you deserve for screwing Stephanie and, in my opinion, cheating when you went home by NOT going home but to another form of the ranch. Darrell was amazing, WOW he looked great, so did alot of people but when I saw him I was really impressed. Sherry, you need a new hairstyle that just doesn’t flatter at all! I seriously expected another couple announcement for Michael and Ashley but instead he called her his best friend, oh well guess I missed that one. It was sad how overweight the twins still looked I wasn’t sure they had really lost at all. The other amazing story was Cherita doing it at home and losing that much, wow.
