Another lousy night of sleep but I forced myself to go for a run but it was not a good run, I had to walk a couple of times. I didn’t even manage 4 miles in 50 minutes, BAH. But I finished and it didn’t rain this morning, hooray. Humid as the east coast but no rain that came this afternoon by the bucket full, right as I was coming out of Mud Bay Granary with a 44 pound bag of dogfood 🙁 Tomorrow is a cross training day so the torture of the bike, blah.
For breakfast I had an egg and canadian bacon breakfast sandwich and or lunch I had leftover Chile Relleños Casserole and it got spicier and smokier overnight, serious burn going on, oh my! For dinner I tried Biz’s Feta Stuffed Chicken Burgers but added back in the olives and added Tsatsiki and spinach instead of romaine. They were awesome, so many good flavours going on. I was going to grill them outside but it was pissing rain so I did them on the grill pan inside.
