May 12th Food and Exercise Journal, Ankle update

by Alison on May 13, 2010

Today I ran 4 miles and my ankle was a bit sore on the uphills and turning left.  It could have also been my arthritis acting up but it was probably twisting it the other day.  After a couple miles I really didn’t even notice it, but now sitting here it’s a bit sore as I rotate it 🙁  Todays run was not so much fun, I had a lousy night of sleep, I had a hard time getting to sleep and a hard time staying asleep and I was tired.  I ran anyways and felt better after but I just felt heavy and slow on the trail.

Tuna Noodle Casserole fresh from the Toaster Oven

For breakfast I had peanut butter and banana on a sandwich thin and for lunch I popped out a pita pizza in no time, love that, with two servings of fruit.  I was a bit hungry in the afternoon so I had a chocolate pudding.  It was a long afternoon as Ben was working until 7 and I had lunch at 12ish.  For dinner we had Tuna Noodle Casserole full of veggies and for an evening snack I had a vitatop with peanut butter, I LOVE peanut butter!
