Catching up

Sorry I was MIA I wrote a post and deleted it by accident and got frustrated 😛

Thursday was a cross training day and Friday was supposed to be a long run but it was raining so hard I tried to run on the treadmill and it felt awful so I gave up after 2 miles 🙁

Okay the rain still has me down I’ll be back in a day or 2 more regularly

May 27th

Alison, I totally hear you. Today was going to be a long run, but the rain…so I tried the treadmill. I made it 6 miles. ANd then stopped. I guess that’s not so bad, though, right?!

BRAVO! 6 miles rocks I just couldn’t do it. Way to go.
