I got in 7 workouts this week, I ran five times this week including 4 miles last Sunday.  I also managed to get at least a mile in every day for my Mile A Day in April Challenge.

Summary I used 23/35 Weekly Points and I earned 36 Activity Points

I lost 1.0 pounds.

Saturday 37 of 24 Indian yummyness.  Earned 2 activity points.

Sunday 24 of 24 Earned 7 activity points. Roast Lamb, proscuitto wrapped asparagus and au gratin potatoes

Monday 23 of 24 points. Earned 7 activity points, Cauliflower Mac and Cheese

Tuesday 24 of 24 points. Earned 4 activity points. Tortilla Free Burritos

Wednesday 22 of 24 points. Earned 6 activity points.  leftovers

Thursday 19 of 24 points. Earned 6 activity points, leftovers

Friday 21.5 of 24 points leftovers. 4 activity points, leftovers
