The Weekly Round up 4/10-4/16

I got in 7 workouts this week, I ran five times this week including 5 miles last Sunday.  I also managed to get at least a mile in every day for my Mile A Day in April Challenge.

Summary I used 23/35 Weekly Points and I earned 36 Activity Points

I lost 0.8 pounds.

Saturday 49 of 24 Mexican for dinner.  Earned 2 activity points.

Sunday 27.5 of 24 Earned 9 activity points. Chicken Parmesan

Monday 23.5 of 24 points. Earned 6 activity points, Cheesy Zucchini, Red Pepper and Barley Bake

Tuesday 21 of 24 points. Earned 4 activity points. Grilled Sauasage and Veggies

Wednesday 24 of 24 points. Earned 7 activity points.  Chicken Tikka Masala

Thursday 23 of 24 points. Earned 6 activity points, leftovers

Friday 22 of 24 points leftovers. 2 activity points, leftovers Chicken and Cauliflower Tikka Masala
