The Weekly Round Up 3/27/10-4/2/10

I got in 7 workouts this week, I ran five times this week including my 5k race.  I took 4 minutes off of last month’s pace and over 6 minutes off of the race on January 31!  I felt awesome about this and it re-affirmed that training for a 10k was the right choice.  Speaking of which that’s why I ran 5 times this week, most times only 2 miles (which is less than I ran on couch to 5k but still 12 miles a week)

Summary I used 28/35 Weekly Points and I earned 35 Activity Points

I lost 1.4 pounds.

Saturday 51 of 24 Burgers, Fries and Beer as well as dairy queen.  Earned 2 activity points.

Sunday 25 of 24 Earned 7 activity points. Buffalo Blue Cheese meatloaf, ran 5k worked in garden.

Monday 21of 24 points. Earned 6 activity points, Chicken Rollups

Tuesday 21.5 of 24 points. Earned 4 activity points. Cauliflower and Sweet potato curry

Wednesday 20.5 of 24 points. Earned 6 activity points.  leftovers

Thursday 20.5 of 24 points. Earned 6 activity points, leftovers

Friday 24 of 24 points leftovers. 4 activity points, leftovers
