Happy Hump Day

Hooray for Wednesday!  I had a cross training workout on the books for today so I spent 31 minutes on the bike, the extra 1 so that I could get a nice round 10 miles done and then a full body workout on the bowflex.  My biceps are actually looking cut when I flex them, oh yeah!  I spent some time figuring out what training plan to follow for my half marathon which will be in September so plenty of time to prepare and I am actually thinking I can run it instead of my plan to walk/run it.  I reserve the right to change my mind 😛  The weather did the odd sunny in the morning thing again and alternating between sunny and hot and rainy in the afternoon.  We got caught in one of those rainy cycles when we took the dogs out for their walk, Luna looked a bit drowned…

For breakfast I did a quick peanut butter and banana on sandwich thin, have to love easy breakfasts.  For lunch I went pretty light with strawberries, yogurt, a half serving of the couscous salad and a small salad with vinagrette.  For dinner I made Greek Inspired Cheeseburgers, easily one of Ben’s favourites and nice for the lack of clean up.  Throw the sweet potato fries in the toaster oven, the burgers on the grill and presto no stove top mess 🙂  For a snack I had a small piece of divine organic dark chocolate, yeah I love that stuff…
