I knocked out a 2 mile run this morning. For breakfast I made breakfast sandwiches. Then I did some grocery shopping, I hate shopping. For lunch I had some Beef, Mushroom and Barley soup from the freezer with yogurt and a salad. Then I prepped dinner. I did a lightened up version of Chicken Divan from EatingWell.com. I modified it a bit and I’ll get the recipe up soon. It was tasty and pretty filling. Ben got off work early so we did a nice walk with the dogs before dinner. Pretty boring day. Tomorrow I am doing my long run, switching it to Fridays, and going to pick up my grass fed beef. Total writer’s block tonight I’ll write more tomorrow 😛
