Tweet Today was my weigh in. I lost 1.4 pounds! seems like I’m on a great trend 4.6 pounds in the last 4 weeks. A little less than I would like but still solid losses. I had yogurt and granola for breakfast at my meeting. When I came home we had pita pizzas for lunch. […]
