Trudging along… March 2nd Food and Exercise Journal

Feeling a bit sore and run down. BUT I still did week 9 day 2 of couch to 5k and my heartrate was through the roof.  Sure I burned more calories but my body was struggling.  I pushed through, I finished, I’m almost done with couch to 5k and that’s awesome.

For breakfast I had peanut butter, banana toast then worked out.  I had a mid morning snack (melon and string cheese) because I had appointments etc so I knew I would be having a late lunch.  For lunch I pulled soup out of the freezer, just as good a couple months later as it was the first time around.  For dinner we had leftover pork piccata, mashed potatoes and some asparagus.  I also had an evening snack of milk and a chocolate vitamuffin.

Ate 24 of 24 points. Earned 6 activity points.

Breakfast(4) –1/2 banana, peanut butter, toast

Snack (3)– cantaloupe (1), string cheese (2)

Lunch (4)–Farro, Cannelini and Kale Soup (3), Cantaloupe (1)

Dinner (10)–Pork Picata, Mashed Potatoes and Asparagus (10)

Snack (3)– Vitamuffin (1), milk (2)

Running Weekly totals used 17 of 35 weekly points, earned 19 activity points
