The Weekly Round up 3/21-3/26

I got in 7 workouts this week, I ran four times this week including a really short run on one of my strength training days but I pushed my fastest time ever on it.  I also spent alot of time getting my garden ready to plant, that stuff is HARD work!

Summary I used 21/35 Weekly Points and I earned 37 Activity Points

I lost 1.8 pounds.  Solid loss even with 0 over the previous two weeks.

Saturday 41.5 of 24 Corned Beef etc.  Earned 4 activity points.

Sunday 26 of 24 Earned 6 activity points. Greek Inspired Cheeseburgers

Monday 24.5 of 24 points. Earned 6 activity points, Four Cheese Baked Penne

Tuesday 22.5 of 24 points. Earned 6 activity points. Leftovers

Wednesday 24 of 24 points. Earned 6 activity points.  Thai Pork with Peanut Sauce

Thursday 25 of 24 points. Earned 6 activity points, leftovers

Friday 22 of 24 points leftovers. 3 activity points, leftovers

5k this Sunday.  I did a 12 minute mile on Wednesday and did my fastest times this week at 37 minutes, Feeling good about Sunday’s Run
