The Weekly Round up 3/13-3/19

I got in 4 workouts this week, I ran twice this week which is less than I would have liked but I was out of town until Monday so it wasn’t that bad.

Summary I used 24.5/35 Weekly Points and I earned 25 Activity Points

I lost 0 pounds.  Over 2 weeks 11 days of which had family here our us out of town I stayed the same, which I feel pretty good about as I did not have complete control over my food and I got the flu which knocked me out of working out for a few days.

Saturday 42.5 of 24 Paella and enchiladas for lunch.  Earned 3 activity points.

Sunday 28 of 24 Earned 3 activity points.  leftovers all day including carrot cake.

Monday 23 of 24 points. Earned 2 activity points, Feta Chicken Pasta

Tuesday 26 of 24 points. Earned 6 activity points. Leftovers

Wednesday 24 of 24 points. Earned 3 activity points.  BJ’s shrimp tacos for lunch and tomato meat sauce over spaaghetti squash

Thursday 24 of 24 points. Earned 6 activity points, balsamic chicken with spinach and couscous

Friday 23.5 of 24 points leftovers. 2 activity points, leftovers

Maintaining is wonderful!

Paella and enchiladas..yum! That is like my perfect lunch!
