The Weekly Round up 2/27-3/5

I got in 6 workouts this week, completed week NINE of couch to 5k (including running 3 miles three times and finishing a 5k race!).  I finished Couch to 5k, oh yeah, me I finished, woot!

Summary I used 17/35 Weekly Points and I earned 30 Activity Points

I lost 1.0

Saturday 25.5 of 24 Polenta.  Earned 2 activity points.

Sunday 39.5 of 24 Earned 7 activity points.  Dim Sum for lunch after the race and pork piccata for dinner

Monday 23 of 24 points. Earned 6 activity points, Meatless Monday had Baked Pasta with butternut squash

Tuesday 24 of 24 points. Earned 6 activity points. Leftovers

Wednesday 19 of 24 points. Earned 2 activity points.  leftovers and BJ’s chopped salad for lunch

Thursday 220.5 of 24 points. Earned 5 activity points, leftovers

Friday 21 of 24 points leftovers. 2 activity points, sloppy joes
