Still running March 18th Food and Exercise Journal

I managed to run again and it was still a struggle.  It feels like one week off put me back two or three, but again I finished it.  I spent most of the day catching up on blogs that I didn’t have time to read while I was away.  Ben and I took the dogs for a walk and then we had Balsamic Chicken with Spinach and Couscous.  I did manage to stay away from the pita chips!

Ate 24 of 24 points. Earned 6 activity points.

Breakfast(6) –Peanut butter Banana Toast and skim milk

Lunch (6)–Spinach Salad with Feta and Almonds (4) yogurt (2)

Dinner (8)–Balsamic Chicken with Spinach and Couscous

Snack (4)–chocolate pudding and girl scout cookies
