Spotty posting etc… March 5-7th Food and Exercise Journals

by Alison on March 7, 2010

I will have slightly spotting posting habits for the next week or so with family in town then a visit down to my mother’s house.

My father and step-mother arrived Friday afternoon and stopped by in the afternoon before heading up to my step-sister’s house. My sister, brother in law, niece and nephew arrived on Friday late afternoon and they are staying with me.  We had sloppy joes for dinner and stayed up way too late.

I went to my Weightwatchers meeting on Saturday and lost 1 pound for a total of 60!  Then we all headed to Kirkland for lunch and to enjoy the absolutely GORGEOUS day.  60 degrees and sunny and it seemed like everyone was out enjoying it, parking was a nightmare and long lines everywhere to eat.  Everyone came back here for dinner, nice simple roast chicken with mashed potatoes and broccoli with toasted garlic.

Today we went inner tubing on the piddly amount of snow left at Snoqualmie Summit, unfortunately my nephew threw up several times today, he just can’t seem to keep anything down. So I did an about face on dinner and made chicken noodle soup with some stock from the freezer.  He couldn’t even manage that, poor baby.

Tomorrow we are supposed to go to the Pacific Science Center but I think it is a bit of wait and see.  Well I’m out for the night, hope everyone had a great weekend.

60!!! Woooo! You’re awesome! Try to eat all your POINTS, it really does help. I know you do most days, but I just wanted to put my plug in there. I think varying your points from day to day is really helpful too, I like that you do that 🙂

I never try to skip my points, the weeks I lose best are the weeks that I eat all my points and most of my 35, but if I get to 9PM and I’m not hungry I won’t eat or if I have 5 points I’ll rarely make a 5 point snack that late. But yea I know to eat them especially with working out over an hour.
