I got Lost in Lost today… March 30th Food and Exercise Journal

by Alison on March 30, 2010

So I went to sit on my exercise bike today and get caught up on Lost.  I wanted a relaxed workout since it is supposed to be an off day according to my new 10k training plan, 2 a week seems like alot so I’m just doing one easy day.  I get on the bike turn on the tv and realise the tivo had gotten disconnected from the internet and so it didn’t record Lost 🙁 boo so I had to watch it this afternoon on the internet and therefore got very little else done, but I am all caught up.

For breakfast I had a peanut butter, banana sandwich thin with milk then did 15 minutes on the bike which was murder on my quads so I switched to the treadmill for a very easy 2 mile walk since taking today off wasn’t something I wanted to do.  For lunch I made a spinach salad with strawberries and feta and almonds, look at those berries they just look yummy and they were, the balsamic vinagrette was the perfect compliment.  For dinner I made a cauliflower and sweet potato curry in the pressure cooker, prep took about 5 minutes and cooking took about 10, perfect!  It was good, but not the best curry I have made.  It was very filling and colourful.  Tomorrow I’m doing a speed workout, we’ll see how it goes.  I’m hoping it’s a bit drier so that I can do it outside.

I hate when I DVR something and it doesn’t show up! Thank goodness for reruns sometimes!

I hope you steal that printer recipe site – I seriously have been trying to find something simple for over a year – so I figured I’d share the info! 😀

Happy Wednesday!

I am adding you to my blog roll today – finally getting around to it! 😀
