Hump day… March 3rd Food and Exercise Journal

I made it halfway through the week!  I didn’t do a big workout today as I was feeling run down.  I did do a long walk with the dogs though.  For breakfast I had yogurt and granola.  I joined Ben at a work lunch at BJ’s Brewhouse where I had the BBQ chicken chopped salad for 10 points, not bad, big salad, light on the dressing.  For dinner we had leftover baked pasta with butternut squash, zucchini and a side of yummy kale chips, I really love those things.  Now that the boring Olympics are over I get television again, woot!  So we watched last night’s biggest loser, I think Michael is a tool and I hope his scummy ass goes home soon, go black team.

Wow just realised that I put the pasta in my tracker as 1.5 servings last night so I had a huge point deficit as I only ate one serving…  And I was worried I would use weekly points since we ate out.  Pleasant surprise.

Ate 20 of 24 points. Earned 2 activity points.

Breakfast(4) –yogurt and granola

Lunch (10)–BBQ Chicken Chopped Salad (10)

Dinner (5)–Baked Pasta with Butternut Squash and Ricotta, Zucchini and kale chips

Snack (1)– pudding

Yeah, I’m mad at Michael, too, but I still wonder how much of that was decided by the producers, you know? But either way, he’s a total tool. Seriously go black team! You know that if he didn’t have immunity, he would be so gone.
