Hail Storm after I planted. March 29th Food and Exercise Journal

by Alison on March 29, 2010

Today was an easy 2 mile run, I started a 10k training program yesterday which was supposed to be a 3 mile long run but I figured my 5k could count :).  After the run I did strength training.  The run really did feel easy, OMG I can’t believe I’m saying that.  Yes, I ran slow but it was supposed to be an easy run so it was.  Awesome, I almost feel like I’m starting to enjoy running, who would have thought.

I made an awesome breakfast sandwich with leftover veggies and for lunch had some leftover cheese and beer soup with a small spinach salad.  For dinner I made chicken roll ups which turned out better than the last time, this recipe is really tasty and not terribly complicated but definitely not the throw it together type either.

This afternoon we had a big old hail storm, naturally since I did some planting on Saturday.  I saw cars skidding all over the road UGH.

Oh man. I hope your garden (oh, yeah, and all those drivers of the crashed cars…) is okay!
