Today my sister and her family flew home. They were supposed to come in on Tuesday and spend the night and head out today BUT Tucker (my 3 year old nephew) didn’t want to leave my mother’s so they flew up to Seattle one day later and had 4.5 hours to kill at Seatac. I went to Seatac and picked them up for lunch then helped run the kids around so that they would be well behaved angels on the airplane… Well one can hope right? We had lunch at BJ’s brewhouse and I opted for shrimp tacos which were 10 points. When I got home we took the dogs for an extra long walk, Ben wants a skateboard so Luna can pull him up the hills….
For dinner I made Tomato-Meat sauce and served it over spaghetti squash. I love spaghetti squash, nice mellow flavour and practically no calories all with the standard vitamins and minerals of yellow veggies, what’s not to love? I really do need to keep the pita chips out of the house, they call to me…
