Tweet I finished the couch to 5k program! 9 weeks of working to running 3 miles. I started walking 2 minutes running 1 minute and worked up to running 3 miles in 38 minutes. In that time I also participated in two 5k events. I’m proud of myself, I feel like I really accomplished something. […]
