Weigh-ins, Pizzas and Lazy Days. February 27th Food and Exercise Journal

Weighed in today down 1.8 pounds for a total of 59 pounds, sooo close to 60! But I lost another point this week, down to 24 daily.  I ended up not having anything around for lunch so we made tortilla pizzas for lunch and had polenta pizza for dinner.  The polenta pizza turned out really tasty, I love polenta, it added some nice texture and depth.  Other than that we didn’t do much today just kicked back.  Tomorrow is my 5k and I’m hoping the weather holds.

Ate 25.5 of 24 points. Earned 0 activity points.

Breakfast(4.5) –mandarin oranges (0.5), Yogurt and granola (4)

Lunch (8)–Tortilla “pizza” (8)

Dinner (13)–Deep Dish Polenta Pizza 1 1/2 servings (11.5), 1/2 beer (1.5), broccoli and kale chips (0)

Congrats! That is a wonderful loss!!

That polenta pizza looks fantastic! I LOVE polenta (but hubby doesn’t) — the beautiful of half and half toppings!!!

I bet you already wrote down the pizza recipe, but I couldn’t find it. It looks so great!! Can I get it from you?
