The Weekly Round up 2/6-2/11

I got in 7 workouts this week, completed week six of couch to 5k (including running 27 minutes straight) and did 30 day shred 4 days.  I also got up and walked 10 minutes of every two hours I was in front of the computer or watching TV.

Summary I used 35/35 Weekly Points and I earned 33 Activity Points and ate 26.5 Activity points.

I lost 0.2 which is frustrating even with my clothes fitting looser.  I weighed in on Friday as we were headed down to Vancouver for the day.

Saturday 52 of 25 It was date night we hit a steakhouse it was good :P. Earned 2 activity pointsSunday 27.5 of 25 points. Made Pork Chops and a Quinoa salad.  Earned 5 activity points.

Monday 22.5 of 25 points. Earned 5 activity points, Meatless Monday had Curried Quinoa Stuffed Peppers

Tuesday 24.5 of 25 points. Earned 7 activity points. Masa Harina Beef Casserole which needs some refining.

Wednesday 25 of 25 points. Earned 5 activity points.  leftovers

Thursday 25 of 25 points. Earned 7 activity points, leftovers

Friday 57 of 25 points leftovers. 2 activity points, went out to eat at Olive Garden used my activity points

I plan to workout every day this week (with 2 lower intensity days) and to try to walk 10  minutes of every two hour I’m not active, I plan to get a vegetarian day in again this week, I also would like 5 days of 30 day shred and move on to level 2.
