The Weekly Round Up 2/20-2/26

I got in 7 workouts this week, completed week eight of couch to 5k (including running 3 miles twice).  I also got up and walked 10 minutes of every two hours I was in front of the computer or watching TV.

New Pictures and Measurements up, I lost 6 inches.

Summary I used 22.5/35 Weekly Points and I earned 31 Activity Points

I lost 1.8

Saturday 47.5 of 25 Dinner and Beer at Taphouse.  Earned 2 activity points.

Sunday 24.5 of 25 Earned 5 activity points.  Made Smoked BBQ Pork Quesadillas for dinner.

Monday 22.5 of 25 points. Earned 5 activity points, Meatless Monday had Baked Winter Squash Lasagna with Raisins and Pinenuts

Tuesday 22.5 of 25 points. Earned 5 activity points. Brown Basmati Rice with Thai Coconut Shrimp

Wednesday 24 of 25 points. Earned 5 activity points.  leftovers

Thursday 24 of 25 points. Earned 5 activity points, leftovers

Friday 23.5 of 25 points leftovers. 4 activity points, leftovers

I plan to workout every day this week (with 2 lower intensity days) and to try to walk 10  minutes of every two hour I’m not active, I plan to get a vegetarian day in again this week.
