I got in 6 workouts this week, completed week seven of couch to 5k (including running 33 minutes straight) I skipped one day due to arthritis flaring in my ankle.. I also got up and walked 10 minutes of every two hours I was in front of the computer or watching TV.

I lost 1.2 which is frustrating not for the loss this week, but for the total loss to date for February.
