The Weekly Round up 1/30-2/5

I got in 7 workouts this week, completed week five of couch to 5k (including running 21 minutes straight) and got in two strength training sessions.  I also got up and walked 10 minutes of every two hours I was in front of the computer or watching TV, it really started to add up to some serious time , I’ll definitely be doing that again this week.  I have refined the original move 5 minutes out of every hour into this so from say 10:55 to 11:05 I’m moving, its adding up to well over an hour a day.

Summary I used 32/35 Weekly Points and I earned 31 Activity Points.

I lost 0.6 which is more than half a pound so I’ll take it, I would have like more but I can feel the clothes fitting looser.

I ran a 5k last Sunday (ok ran and walked) and had my best time ever by 2 minutes!

Saturday 57 of 25 We were out all day so ate out all day UGH but it was all good. Earned 2 activity points

Sunday 25 of 25 points. Sloppy Joes for dinner and made cookies.  Ran a 5k  Earned 6 activity points.

Monday 22 of 25 points. Earned 5 activity points, Meatless Monday had Amaranth, Quinoa and Corn Chowder for lunch and Spinach Alfredo over whole wheat pasta for dinner.

Tuesday 24 of 25 points. Earned 6 activity points. Made chicken cacciatore in the slow cooker, mmmm and the smell just wonderful.

Wednesday 25 of 25 points. Earned 5 activity points.  culinary guild meeting.

Thursday 23.5 of 25 points. Earned 6 activity points, Roasted pork loin with parsley shallot sauce, roast potatoes and green beans, super the first time and makes excellent sandwiches.

Friday 23 of 25 points leftovers. 2 activity points, leftovers

I plan to workout every day this week (with 2 lower intensity days) and to try to walk 10  minutes of every two hour I’m not active, I plan to get a vegetarian day in again this week, I also would like 2-3 strength training.
