Finally Friday, February 19th Food and Exercise Journal

It’s Friday and Ben is home so it was hideous errand day…  We went and got his hair cut then to Costco, ugh but we were running low on several things.  I made Buttermilk Oatmeal Pancakes for breakfast. I used whole wheat flour and they turned out great.  For lunch I made one of our favourite standbys, Sausage, Bulgar and Kale and for dinner we had leftover chicken and dumplings.  Ben and I took the dogs for a long walk which they loved.  All in all a quiet day.

Ate 22 of 25 points. Earned 2 activity points.
