February 13th Food and Exercise Journal

Saturday was a pretty boring laid back day.  Never mind now that I think about it the first half was very busy.  We picked up the dogs from day camp/boarding and went grocery shopping, shopping exhausts me!  The rest of the day was laid back and we capped it off by going out to our favourite Thai place for dinner.

Ate 53 of 25 points. Earned 2 activity points.

Breakfast(5.5) –oatmeal, yogurt, blueberries and chia seeds

Lunch (12)–Chicken and Provolone Panini  (11), melon (1)

Dinner (35.5)–Thai Food

Running Weekly totals used 28 of 35 weekly points, earned 2 activity points
