5k today January 31st Food and Exercise Journal

Breakfast(4.5) –peanut butter banana sandwich and mandarin oranges

Lunch (8)–cheese and beer soup (5), Bread (3)

Snack (4)–Yogurt (2), Pear (1), oatmeal raisin bites (1)

Dinner (8.5)–sloppy joes(5), salad with delightful ranch dressing (1), oatmeal raisin bites (2.5)

Ran my 5k today! It was good and I turned in my fastest time ever, even with 1/4 mile up hill.  Defrosted some sloppy joe’s that I made in November and made little oatmeal raisin cookies as Ben would like dessert once a week.  One point each and pretty good, but small.
