The Weekly Round-up 1/9-1/15

I got in 7 workouts this week, completed week two of couch to 5k and got in two strength training sessions.  I also got up and walked 5 minutes of every hour I was in front of the computer or watching TV on Friday.  It added up to a decent chunk of time.

Summary I used 26.5/35 Weekly Points and I earned 33 Activity Points.

I gained a pound and I’m not really sure how except possibly water retention in my still sore muscles from upping the strength training.

Saturday 51.5 of 25 Went out to lunch for burgers, fries and ice cream, nicely satisfied my cravings. Earned 2 activity points

Sunday 25 of 25 points. had BLTAs yummy, with turkey bacon and sourcream pesto.  Earned 5 activity points.

Monday 22.5 of 25 points. Earned 6 activity points, chicken souvlaki sandwiches and Feta Chicken pasta

Tuesday 23 of 25 points. Earned 6 activity points. leftover day

Wednesday 20.5 of 25 points. Earned 6 activity points.  Chicken Soba Salad for dinner.

Thursday 25 of 25 points. Earned 5 activity points, Four Cheese Baked Penne with green beans and some chocolate for dessert

Friday 23 of 25 points leftovers. 3 activity points, leftovers and banana pancakes for breakfast

I plan to workout every day this week (with 2 lower intensity days) and to try to walk 5 minutes of every hour I’m not active.  I plan to get a vegetarian day in again this week, I also would like 2-3 strength training days.

I’m also planning to do a 5k at the end of January, February and March with 2 people from my meetings, hopefully I will be able to run the second, but if not the third.
