The Weekly Round-up 1/16-1/22

I got in 7 workouts this week, completed week three of couch to 5k and got in two strength training sessions.  I also got up and walked 5 minutes of every hour I was in front of the computer or watching TV, it really started to add up to some serious time and I lost almost 3 pounds this week, so I’ll definitely be doing that again this week.

Summary I used 30.5/35 Weekly Points and I earned 31 Activity Points.

I lost 2.8 which has me over the moon, even with last week’s gain.

Saturday 55 of 25 Had Chinese take out that was ok not amazing. Earned 3 activity points

Sunday 25 of 25 points. roast beef and watercress sandwichess, pork picatta.  Earned 5 activity points.

Monday 20.5 of 25 points. Earned 6 activity points, Meatless Monday had Kamut, Kale and Cannellini Bean Soup for lunch and Thai curry vegetables for dinner

Tuesday 24 of 25 points. Earned 5activity points. leftover day

Wednesday 25 of 25 points. Earned 5 activity points.  leftovers

Thursday 25.5 of 25 points. Earned 5 activity points, sausage with barley and kale for lunch and chicken biryani for dinner

Friday 24.5 of 25 points leftovers. 2 activity points, leftovers

I plan to workout every day this week (with 2 lower intensity days) and to try to walk 5 minutes of every hour I’m not active, I have refined this into 10 minutes every 2, just works out better.  I plan to get a vegetarian day in again this week, I also would like 2-3 strength training days.

I have signed up to do a 5k at the end of January, February and March with 2 people from my meetings still aiming to run the second one
