Breakfast(6) –mandarin oranges, yogurt and WW 2 point bar
Lunch (32.5)–Cheeseburger(11), garlic fries(10), beer(3), and  icecream(8.5)
Dinner (13)–Boboli pizza with lowfat cheese and turkey pepperoni

Did a 30 minute walk on the treadmill for activity today it is technically my off night but

Running Weekly totals used 26.5 of 35 weekly points, earned 2 activity points

I lost 3 pounds this week!
