Breakfast(3.5) –oatmeal and mandarin oranges
Lunch (10)–Vegetarian Black Bean Chili with sour cream and low fat cheese (9), salad with vinagrette (1)
Snack (1)– vitamuffin
Dinner (7)–1/2 Cornish Hen no skin(3), Quinoa with Spinach (1), Zucchini with oregano and feta (1), wine (2)
Snack (3)–pita chips

Earned 5 activity points did couch to 5k.  I ran a total of a mile (total of all the running intervals) of it then walked to round it out to 3.5 miles

Running Weekly totals used 17 of 35 weekly points, earned 28 activity points
