The Cornish hens turned out well in the new toaster convection oven and pretty fast.

Thank you for stopping by my blog. Congrats on your success so far!

I am so excited to follow your journey. It also looks like you eat lots of great stuff. Thanks for the cookbook ideas. I am going to look them up online. Yeah if I am gonna start this Sunday cooking I need to get my hinney in gear and find some recipes.

Question for you. Do you eat the vitatops or vita muffins? Not sure of the exact name. If I were going to try them, how do I go about it? Do I have to purchase them online?

Thanks for stopping by.

I eat Vitatops, but I started on Vitamuffins because they had them at my local safeway, check the freezer section one time they were by breakfast stuff and I can’t remember where they were the second time, frustrating to find though. I usually wait until they have free shipping or another great deal and stock up. But found a link to their store locator. http://www.vitalicious.com/store-locator.html

Now I buy the tops online, they are essentially the same, same weight, same stats, I guess it comes down to are you one of those people who eats the top off of a muffin as the best part?

Also a trick I learned later when I got them online (which I failed to read the first time I bought them online) is to nuke them IN the plastic wrapper, don’t vent it and they are moister. I also toast the bran based ones (haven’t risked doing that with the chocolate chip ones.

Hope that all helps and good luck with recipes for sunday (you can also find most of Ellie Kriegers on foodtv.com, just plug her name in.)
