Breakfast(4.5) –peanut butter, banana and sandwich thin

Lunch (8)–roastbeef and watercress sandwich with horseradish sauce (7), mandarin oranges (1)

Dinner (6)–Thai Veggie Curry with tofu

Snack (6.5)–chocolate(4.5) milk (2)

Did a firm sculpting video and some time on the treadmill, today was leftovers for dinner.  Lunch was the roastbeef sandwiches from the other day, it was good again.  I also registered for 3 5k events.

Running Weekly totals used 30.5 of 35 weekly points, earned 24 activity points

Yes Green River trail. UGH!! My pretty route along the river is blocked and it makes me sad. Thanks for your comment.

The ugly berms all over make me sad. Thank you for the comment on the blog it has really helped me especially when those nasty plateaus come along.
